Tour with Us

Students in the MAP at School or via correspondence are required to tour together. These enriching and highly enjoyable tours focus on ministry in theatres, churches, schools, prisons, hospitals, the street and market place. They emphasize various forms of street work, church ministry, university lectures, workshops, and secular theatre performances. This allows the student to focus on their development within a community of other young artists. We believe that this can encourage and support our members to become confident performers, educators and artistic thinkers.

Mimeistry hosts these troupe tours on a regular basis. Troupe members are chosen by invitation or application, and many tour members are selected during workshops. Acceptance on a tour is based on attitude and developed talent. If you are interested in applying for a tour, you may request an application from our office. Tour applications need to be in before their specific due-date (at least 3 months before the tour commences). Tours last anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks each. Prior tours have taken Mimeistry throughout the United States, Canada, South and Central America, the South Pacific, and both Eastern and Western Europe.
