Workshop Description:
Mimeistry’s annual Winter Workshop gives you a unique opportunity to receive one week’s intensive training with excellent Christian artists. Come develop and use your gifts in this unique week of mime, dance, and worship. Our faculty includes Master Mime Teachers Theo & Jolie Williams, Professional Dancer & Choreographer Grete Gryzwana. The workshop is open for students of any level wishing to develop their skills in mime, dance and a biblical foundation for the arts. Additionally we offer electives in drama, fencing, martial arts, masks and make-up, and more! We are also happy to welcome juniors aged 10-16 who wish to develop their skills in the performing arts; however we do ask that they will be supervised by an adult.

Room & Board:
A limited number of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Gladys Aylward House provides accommodations that are clean and economical for students who are attending the workshop. These are minimal accommodations that include 2 beds per room, a dresser and desk, telephone and bookcase. There are clothes closets in each room. Bathroom facilities are conveniently located on each floor of the dorm. There is on-site parking in a gated lot.

from LAX
Take 105 East (Century Freeway) to 110 North (Pasadena Freeway) which ends in Arroyo Parkway. Continue about 1 mile. Turn right on Green Street, then left on Los Robles after the mall. Go north on Los Robles for a few blocks. Turn right onto the 2l0 going East (Foothill Freeway) to the Hill Avenue exit. Turn left (north) on Hill Avenue. Pass under the freeway and go north 2 miles. Pass Washington Blvd, and turn right at the next block on E. Howard Street. Continue straight for 1 block. The entrance to William Carey International University is at the 1st driveway on the left.

from Burbank Airport
Take Interstate 5 South to 134 East to 210 East. Take the Hill Avenue exit. Turn left (north) on Hill Avenue. Pass under the freeway and go north 2 miles. Pass Washington Blvd, and turn right on E. Howard Street. Continue straight for 1 block. The entrance to William Carey International University is at the 1st driveway on the left.
from Ontario Airport
Take Vineyard Avenue (North) to the 10 West freeway. When you see signs for 210 West freeway, take this route. Take the Hill Avenue exit. Turn right (north) on Hill Avenue. Pass Washington Blvd, and turn right on E. Howard Street. Continue straight for 1 block. The entrance to William Carey International University is at the 1st driveway on the left.
